We allow up to two pets (cat or dog) with a 40lb weight restriction. We do restrict certain dog breeds, so please call for more information. Pet rent is $20 per month for 1 pet and $30 per month for 2 pets. There is a one-time $300 pet fee which is non-refundable for either 1 or 2 pets. Enjoy our dog park for a place to allow your dog to stretch its legs or take your pup on our walking trail.

Denmark Villas is an age restricted community located off Denmark Road in Union, MO. All applicants and residents must be age 55 and over to apply.
