There are large windows on all the floors that allow a lot of natural light in. The multiple floors are a great setup to separate the common and entertaining spaces from the private bedrooms.
One of the biggest surprises is the full-size washer and dryer that is in the unit on the first floor. Both the washer and dryer are included in the rental.
The best part of this property is that its three minutes WALKING to the new Newington Junction Fastrak. It’s convenient to never have to drive to work in Hartford or drive into downtown for an event. Save on gas and a lot on parking and most importantly save time. Enjoy reading or relaxing on your commute.
You are also about 5 minutes to the West Hartford line and everything West Hartford has to offer like West Farms Mall, Blue Back Square, WeHa center. There is Starr park with basketball and baseball field across the street, and even Dunkin Donuts next door. It’s a very convenient location to get anywhere with I-84 and Rt. 9 close by. This is also a great area for runners and bikers along this newly developed and improved Fastrak area.
