Cottonwood Apartments - One bedroom and one bath conveniently located near a bus line, shopping, UNMC, Blackstone District, Midtown Crossing and a short drive from the Old Market! Tenants are responsible for OPPD along with a $60 monthly utility bill back that will take care of the Gas, Water, Sewer and Trash.
Tenants are required to have renters insurance, you can provide your own policy or choose to utilize our Liability Insurance Policy for $12.50/mo.
Pets are OK, must provide a non-refundable deposit equal to 25% of the rent, along with a monthly pet rent $25/ per pet (2 Maximum) and current paperwork (License, Proof of Current Vaccination) and a photo of pet(s).
