Please read as we offer quite a few things that others don’t. This is a private room rental for a single person. The kitchen and bathroom are shared with two other rooms, but a private refrigerator is in the room. This is a medium sized room on the second floor with a walk in closet for $835 which is move in ready. Roomers get $10 off of their rent for paying up to one day early and $50 off their 12th month for paying on time all year. Heat, electricity and internet access is included.

We cover grounds keep, tri-weekly cleaning service for common areas (you just pick up after your own cooking and bathroom use to keep it nice for the next person), shoveling/snow removal and some streaming services. We are within walking distance to all the city has to offer, being only a couple of blocks from stores, laundry, parks, restaurants, grocery, pharmacies (and anything else commonly needed), the Y and the Capitol and we are only about 200 feet from the Lithgow Library. The road we are on is very quiet the majority of the time. It’s also only 5 miles from UMA.

We’ve never had to keep anyone’s security deposit. No pets. No smoking. No expensive lighting/hydro or tanks/tanked plants/animals without written agreements. We respect our tenants. If they don’t damage our place, we don’t take their deposit.

We became landlords because of our bad experiences with landlords and aim to change how that business is conducted. We do have an application process and we do conduct credit/background checks. You may contact previous tenants to verify their experiences with us.

Two month minimum. First, last and security due up front. No exceptions. We cannot accept Section 8 at this time, but we’re working on it. Seasonal passes for Bicentennial Park are available for any roomer renting from us during the summer, each summer.
