Nearby beaches include Manasota Key Beach (10 min), Venice Beach (14 min), Caspersen Beach (14 min), or famous Siesta Key Beach (35 min). Close to shopping and restaurants on and off the island of Venice. You can also take a ride to downtown Sarasota or St. Armands Circle for additional entertainment options. Rates include water, trash, pest control, pool care, and lawn care. Additional charges include departure cleaning fee ($250) along with sales and resort tax (13%, only applicable for leases 6 months or less).
