Hello everybody! My name is Mo, I’m 30 YO and I’m a firefighter working 24 hour shifts. I just bought my first home and I need some roommates! It’s a 3 bed 2 bath located near downtown Orlando. It’s about 0.8miles from the camping world stadium so you can literally walk to EDC lol. Also located near major roadways like the 408, I4, John Young Pkwy and Colonial AKA Highway 50. 12-20 minutes to Universal Studios depending on traffic. About 13 minutes to MCO via 408. About 10 minutes to Lake Eola park. As you can see from the pictures, I just recently moved in and still need some furniture in the common areas. I’m asking $1,000 for rent which will include utilities such as: electricity, water, sewer, & internet. ADT security as a plus.

I’m looking to fill the 2 extra rooms which will be sharing the bathroom you see in the pictures attached. Both rooms are completely unfurnished. One room is approx. 12ft x 10ft with a smaller closet. The other room is approx. 10.5ft x 8.5ft with a bigger closet.

I will consider pets (preferably dogs) if they are well trained. There’s a big backyard with a lot of potential and space for your furry friends to run around.
