Room for rent in a 4 bedroom, 2 bath, 1,100 sq ft. home in Augusta. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood with nearby shopping, not too far from Hwy I20 or I520. A quick drive to downtown and bicycle and walking trails nearby.

Looking for one adult roomate to move in April 2024!

Room is $875 per month and 12 x 14 ft. This is the Master Bedroom with a private bathroom. It is fully furnished: a double bed/linens, dresser, TV, towels, and starter toiletries. It has a closet with a top shelf for storage. Someone with a lot of clothing will benefit from this room. It is located in a peaceful neighborhood which makes it a very quiet getaway from the noises of the outside world. Very nice after a long day of work to come to a quiet space and fall asleep peacefully.

No pets please. This property is rented to many guests throughout the year, some who are allergic to pet hair. This would make their stay unenjoyable if they had an allergic reaction. I love animals, but I cant permit any inside the home or on the premises

LEASE TERMS:

3 to 12 months with signed lease and roommate agreement. Security deposit is $300. Shorter/longer leases are available, but I will not do a lease longer than a year because life changes quickly and you might decide to move to overseas after 6 months.

PLEASE NOTE: If you do not have the security deposit and first months rent saved up ($1,175) please do not contact me. I need someone mature and who is able to save money and who is serious in order to proceed to have you as a roommate.

- individual who can keep a clean house

- responsible person that pays rent on time

- peaceful, mellow person to share the house

- if youre in your 30s with a youthful spirit you are cool too!

What Im NOT looking for:

-party animals - the house is QUIET and I mean quiet after 9pm. I wake up at nearly 5am each day so this environment is not conducive to someone who enjoys loud noise at night.

-passive aggressive people - if there is a problem with roommates, I prefer to discuss it as mature adults. I do not need any adult children living in this house

-messy, messy people - when finished in the kitchen, clean it
