Rent includes gas (radiant heat and hot water), cold water, sewer, garbage, lawn care, & snow removal. Tenant pays electric, internet, etc. $1,250 security deposit & $1,250 first month’s rent are due at lease signing. $20 application fee per adult will be paid directly to the background check/credit check company. Maximum of 2 cats allowed (sorry, no dogs).
