Available early-mid July 2023! The apartment is a quaint and cozy 1 bedroom, ground level with an entry directly off the back of the building. The living area is a moderate size and opens into the kitchen with a fun bar area best used for dining. The bedroom is a nice size and there is a full bath with a tub, to complete the apartment. The location of the apartment is right at the base of Dryden Road, in Collegetown, just steps from eateries and Cornell Campus. If you want to be surrounded by conveniences, in walking distance and be close to Cornell-this is it!



The rent is $1,000/month which includes all apartment utilities. Tenants are responsible for cable, internet and trash tags for weekly trash removal. Laundry is not available on site but there are options for laundry nearby! The apartment is strictly non-smoking. There is off-street parking available, for an additional monthly fee. The apartment is not furnished. One cat is permitted, with an additional refundable deposit. We cannot permit dogs at this location.



If interested in the apartment, a viewing must be scheduled and then an application will need to be completed afterwards. We require references, security deposit and first months rent. A lease option of 10-12 months is available, we cannot offer a shorter term lease.
