This home is a 3 bedroom, 3 bath one level home that was renovated a few years ago.

Please be advised:

This home does NOT have central heat + air, it has portable units for air (not in windows) and electric baseboards for heat.

This home is on WELL WATER only; the Lease requires that tenant is responsible for filtering any water used for cooking or consumption.

This 3 bedroom, 3 bath one level home has a combination living room/dining room area and a large eat-in kitchen. This home has laminate wood flooring everywhere except one small bedroom has carpeting. Kitchen is like new with lots of cabinet and counter space, and appliances for tenants use (refrigerator, stove, dishwasher and above the range microwave). The kitchen sink window overlooks the side yard area. There is a huge walk-in pantry just off of the kitchen with plenty of extra storage area, with an exterior door on the front of the house. The master bedroom has a large closet, newer master bathroom, and is located on the back corner of the house for extra privacy. The other large bedroom has it’s own bathroom as well. The 3rd bedroom is smaller and could be used as a child’s room, it is directly across from the master bedroom. There is a large laundry room with some cabinets and a 3rd bathroom with a shower stall with a built-in corner seat, both off of the dining room area. This home is TOTAL ELECTRIC and does NOT have central heat + air, it instead has portable units for air (not in windows) and electric baseboards for heat. This home is on WELL WATER only; the Lease requires that tenant is responsible for filtering any water used for cooking or consumption. There is no garage or carport, there is a gravel driveway. Convenient to downtown Winder, Northeast Georgia Medical Center (Winder), and an easy distance to I-85 at Hwy 53 (Hoschton/Braselton), and also convenient to Athens, Jefferson and Lawrenceville areas.
