This home does NOT have central heat + air, it has portable units for air (not in windows) and electric baseboards for heat.

This home is on WELL WATER only; the Lease requires that tenant is responsible for filtering any water used for cooking or consumption.

This 3 bedroom, 3 bath one level home has a combination living room/dining room area and a large eat-in kitchen. This home has laminate wood flooring everywhere except one small bedroom has carpeting. Kitchen is like new with lots of cabinet and counter space, and appliances for tenants use (refrigerator, stove, dishwasher and above the range microwave). The kitchen sink window overlooks the side yard area. There is a huge walk-in pantry just off of the kitchen with plenty of extra storage area, with an exterior door on the front of the house.
