Amenities include use of the living room, kitchen (all dishes and wares), two full bathrooms, washer/dryer, central A/C, outside porch and the house has radon mitigation.
The house is a seven minute walk to Crown Hill Park and Jefferson Public Library and an easy three minute walk to public transportation. The house is also a short drive to great shopping, north to HWY I-70, HWY I-76 and south to HWY 6 to Denver.
Due to allergies, no pets or smoking is allowed on the property. This is a living environment for a quiet, mature, and career oriented single man or woman only. Prior experience living with roommates preferred.
Rent for the private bedroom is $750/month plus utilities. Month-to-month lease agreement- however, seeking a person with long-term intentions (minimum six months.)
All utilities are split equally, monthly amongst all residing in the home. First months rent plus last months rent plus a deposit of $1,000 cash only is required for move-in ($750 + $750 + $1,000 = $2,500).
Off street parking is available and included, or carport parking available at an additional $80/month.
