If any utilities (electric, water, trash, and sewage) are shared between one meter or property, we use a Ratio - Utility - Billing - System to bill that back between all units equally using square footage / bedroom number of the home.
This home is on the RUBS system for water, sewer, trash, and WIFI. Meaning, those utilities are in the company's name and then billed back to the tenant using a ratio system.
Fees:
- Application Fee and Criminal / Credit Background Fee - $30
- Move In Fee - We charge a one time Move-In fee equaling one half of half of one rent payment.
- We also require a Surety Bond through Assurant usually costing a one time payment between $100 and $300. This fee is credit dependent.
Laundry:
There are washer/dryer hookups, and also an on-site laundry facility open 24/7.
