• Deposit due upon approval at lease signing.
• Full month's rent & utilities due at move-in.
• 2nd month prorated if move-in date is not on the 1st day of the month.
UTILITIES:
Tenant is responsible for all utilities.
• Gas (SW Gas) paid directly to service provider
• Electricity (Liberty Utilities) paid directly to service provider
• Non-essential utilities such as internet and cable may be set up at tenant's discretion and paid directly to service provider.
• Water (NTPUD) - Tenant to reimburse owner monthly along with the rent. Estimated monthly cost $135
• Trash (Tahoe Truckee Sierra Disposal) - Tenant to reimburse Owner for trash along with the rent. Option for 1 can ($30/month) or 2 cans ($40/month) picked up each week.
