A fireplace that is visible from the living room and bedroom is ready for your use when those cooler upcountry temperatures arrive. High speed internet and cable, water, standard trash removal, and landscaping are included in the rent. Tenants are responsible for electricity and any upgrades to the cable and internet desired.
The unit has a lanai and private back yard. Space for a private garden is available. This cottage is ideal for anyone preferring a quiet lifestyle.
A full size washer and dryer is located in the main house garage that is shared with the property owners. There are two on site parking spaces provided.
A small pet dog (less than 50 lbs.) and/or a pet cat will be considered. There is a $100/month increase in the rent for a pet dog and a $50/month increase in the rent for a pet cat.
Two person maximum occupancy (cesspool system). Minimum 6 month lease, 12 month lease preferred. Tenants are responsible for obtaining and maintaining renter's insurance.
