For nearby amenities there is our scenic 3rd Ave. It is filled with small family business
owned stores, Mexican and Asian restaurants, daycare centers, and a religious based youth
program that has helped many young adults in our community. One street over from 3rd Ave is
our Surf and Slide pool and McCosh Park. The park has two different playgrounds on opposite
sides of the property, one which is handicap accessible, and it has our amazing amphitheater
right off the beautiful lake shore.
