I recently signed a lease on April 18, 2022 for a year but have to move out because i found a house. Current rent is $1156 but i am offering the the rent of $1090. I will pay the difference to anyone who is willing to sublet the unit frome me. The apartment is in a great and safe neighbour hood and inlcude granite counter tops and in unit washer and dryer which is hard to find nowadays at this price.
