$1,995 - 1 Bedroom 1 Bathroom Apartment In Long Beach With Great Amenities

Beautiful 1 bedroom apartment in nice neighborhood located 1.3 miles away from the beach. Close to Cal State Long Beach, Colorado Lagoon, Mothers beach, 2ND & PCH, Japanese Garden, Recreation Park, Golf Course 18, VA Hospital, shops, bars and restaurants. Unit comes with a stove, refrigerator, dish washer, and microwave. Owner pays for water. Tenant is responsible for gas, electricity, internet, and refuse. No smoking on premises. There is onsite laundry available, and a decent amount of street parking.

Cats and small dogs are welcome ($250 monthly pet fee and 2xdeposit). 1 year lease required. Only street parking available at this time, but you can be added to waiting list for parking garage.

Rental Criteria For All Applicants

1. All applicants at least 18 years of age and older must complete the rental application. Incomplete applications will not be accepted.

2. All applicants must see the property/unit before applying

3. The application screening fee is non-refundable

4. Applicants must have good credit history, including a FICO score equal to 670 or greater. No prior evictions, or late payments.

5. At least one year of verifiable income, pay stubs, bank statements, and or income tax records is required. In addition, a previous rental history that is verifiable is required, including the previous 5 years of rental history with names, addresses, email address, and telephone numbers of managers/owners of previous rentals as references. REFERENCES WILL BE VERIFIED.

6. A valid drivers license or other government issued photo identification is required. Must have and provide a social security card.

7. Applicant(s) gross income must be at least three (3) times the amount of the monthly rent.

9. If a guarantor is required to approve the application, the guarantor must meet all rental criteria and be at least (5) times the amount of the rent.

10. No prior felony convictions for manufacturing of illegal substances, or causing bodily injury or harm, and no prior evictions.
