The apartment was fully renovated in mid-2020, so everything is in great condition and all appliances are brand new. The apartment is rather spacious, and I have included a diagram of the open bedrooms floor plan to give a sense of your future room.
We have a dishwasher, as well as laundry onsite in the basement (there are only 6 units in the building, so thankfully the machines are almost always available). Outside of the vacant bedroom, the apartment is fully furnished in all common spaces.
