Rates: $2,800 per month
Fee Reservation/Booking fee $2,800 will transfer towards the security deposit at time of arrival. Refundable as long as property is in the same condition upon leaving.
$310 non refundable cleaning fee.
Tenant agrees to pay PG&E over $150
Full balance due prior to arrival and paid by a cashiers check made payable to Oakmont Rentals. Cancellation within 90 days of arrival will not be refunded.
Small dogs ok with an additional deposit, which is refundable.
