Below are some of our qualification requirements:
Completed Application for anyone over 18 years. Application fee is $25.00 in Cashier Check or Money Order OR you can apply online at [Use CALL or EMAIL to get in touch] Proof of Monthly Income: Written verification of in an amount equal to 2 times the monthly rent per household will be required by one of the following:
• Pay Stubs within the past 30 days
• Bank Statements showing recurring pay deposited
• Previous Year Income Tax Return
• Letter from employer on company letterhead verifying income and employment
• Applicants with NO EMPLOYMENT must provide proof of a bank balance equal to or greater than 6 months of rent or apply with a qualified co-signer.
Verify Social Security Number or TIN Number.
Residents of Foreign Countries: If the applicant has no social security number, the following will be required: Proof of foreign citizenship (passport, work visa, etc) and Written verification of income or recent pay stubs.
Copy of Picture Identification
We Do Not Accept Evictions
Proof of Payments to Collection Accounts
No bankruptcy in the past year
The Application fee, Security Deposit, and first Month Rent Needs To Be Guaranteed Funds Only.
