We get to enjoy the pool, clubhouse, and tennis courts. Society Hill is located just steps away from UMDNJ, NJMS, Rutgers GSBS, Rutgers Dental School, RU Newark, NJIT, and Essex County College. If you do not have a car no problem! Transportation is not a issue! Newark Light Rail Stop right outside of Society Hill, NJ Transit bus stop as well and just a quick walk to Newark Penn Station.
They are looking for normal roommates to share their townhouse with while they live here in Newark and attend school. No party people please. No drama. That's why they don't live in the dorms.
