The lease options are:
-Month to month lease with a 3 month minimum stay: $675 per month for a single person, with a $100 application and leasing fee as well as the deposit of $500.
-Weekly lease: $185.00 per week, 4 week minimum stay, first 4 weeks paid up front, with a $100 application and leasing fee as well as the $400 deposit.
All leases and payments are made through Innago- there is a $2 fee per transaction.
There is no unfurnished option. The room is available for one person only.
