Hey everyone! I am looking for someone to sublease my room in a 4 bed 1 bath apartment starting May 1st (move in flexible) in the North End. Some details:
- Free washer and dryer in apartment, room has spacious closet
- 1 min walk to the nearest grocery store and gym
- 7 min walk from Haymarket T stop, 10 min walk from Gov. Center, 15 min walk from North Station (easy access to green, orange, blue lines and commuter rail)
- Fantastic access to all the great restaurants/cafes/shops that the North End has to offer
- Very safe at night with minimal noise
- Spacious, really bright, tall ceilings, and newly renovated with all hardwood floors
- No broker fee, just last month and security deposit
You will be sharing the apartment with three friendly, respectful, and clean roommates (2 women, 1 man) who are all working professionals in graphic design and engineering. Huge preference given to professionals who have been working >1 year and work in person.
