The HOA provides community pool access, fitness center access, trash removal, water, sewer, snow removal, and all outside maintenance and is included in the monthly rent. If you have been accepted, we will set a date for lease signing. The remaining $2,150 of the security deposit will be due at lease signing, along with the 1st month of Junes rent. Your next payment after that wouldnt be due until July 1st!!
A non-refundable pet deposit ($300) and extra fee on the monthly rent ($75 per month per animal) would be required for each pet living on the property.
