Newly remodeled in 2020 with a new roof over your head and beautiful new floors under your feet this duplex is a great place to call home. Parking is close to your front door, large common area out front and everyone has their own private back yards with a small storage closet outside.

COMFORT: Inside you will find a large kitchen and a separate space for your washer and dryer hook-ups. Each home has its own dedicated water heater as well as it's own central heat and air conditioner. The windows have been upgraded to provide better insulation from both the hot days as well as the cold ones allowing you to save on energy costs. A new "cool roof" means a little better efficiency for your power bills as the house stays slightly cooler in hot summers.

PRIVACY: Big Sky Homes offer more private living than you would find in an apartment complex. The way these duplexes are designed, all bedroom walls are exterior walls instead of shared walls. This puts your bedrooms MUCH further from the neighbor. Each unit has its own fenced backyard, giving you a nice outdoor space with privacy.

EASE OF ACCESS: Big Sky Homes are on the 66th St Bus Lines with stops very close to your front door. By car, you’re close to freeways, plus there’s a corner store that is literally right there next to the duplexes. 3 churches within a few blocks, plus plenty of shopping and restaurants located nearby. If you’re a sports fan, Lowery Field is within walking distance, plus OW Ribble Park is just 3 blocks away.

NEW OWNERS: Finally, the new owners have over half a century of experience with property ownership and know how to treat their residents right. They have nice homes and a maintenance crew as well as using an online property management system. This means that issues are few and far between, but when they do happen, they are instantly documented and sent off to the correct people to solve the problems and/or get repairs done quickly. You will be able to use your online tenant portal to submit service requests, check your billing and payment history, communicate with the management team, as well as pay your rent instantly, seeing that anything you pay has been accepted and deposited. We are doing this right by offering nice homes at a competitive price and backing it all up with excellent property management service.

The landlord covers the cost of the landscaping in the common areas, but you would be responsible for maintaining your own fenced backyard. All utilities are also covered by the tenant. You have your own meters so you only pay for what you use. If you choose to bring along a furry pet we allow a maximum of three as long as you have a signed pet agreement from the landlord. Pet Rent is $25 per pet, per month, plus an initial pet fee of $250. Our insurance does limit certain types of pet dogs that are considered "vicious breeds", so contact us in advance so you don't find out after you've spent time looking at the property.

We have a strict NO SMOKING policy for the indoor areas of ALL Big Sky Homes properties. The application fee is $35.00 per person who is 18 years old or older. We do NOT accept applicants who have past evictions or owe money to past landlords. Our minimum income threshold for these homes is a total of three times the rent. If your combined income is less than 3x the rent, your application cannot be approved. We do follow all fair housing guidelines, as well as local, county, State and Federal housing laws.
