Around the side of the unit is a storage shed. If you wish to use it, it would be an additional $50 added to your monthly rent. Docks are installed annually for use. Dock usage is included within the allocation amount listed above. With that additional allocation, you are able to use the dock for leisure purposes and/or docking your boat(s).
Off-street parking ensures that you always have a place to park your car. In addition, the $100 allocation covers trash/recycling, lawn care, well maintenance, snow removal and dock usage. Pets may be considered for an additional $75/ month per pet along with a pet security deposit. Breed and weight restrictions apply.
