-$50 per month for covered parking

-Water, sewer, trash billed separately
-Resident to set up electricity and gas
Move in fees-
$150 non-refundable cleaning fee
$250 non-refundable lease initiation fee
$500 refundable deposit – this amount may vary based on application screening results
