There’s a private entrance through the side gate in the front of the house and access to the backyard area (hot tub not included). Street parking is easy. Utilities (water, trash, PG&E, and internet) are included in the monthly rent.
Requirements:
- Fill out a rental application form
- First months rent and a $1175 refundable cleaning fee are required as a deposit
- Provide a recent credit check
- Sign a 12 month lease
- Supply two previous landlord references
- Currently employed and willing to show three most recent pay stubs
Access to transportation:
- A 5 minute walk to the Hayward Park Caltrain station and a 15 minute walk to the downtown San Mateo Caltrain station
- A 15 minute car ride to the Millbrae BART station
