The room is quiet with two windows, built-in shelf, walk-in closet with extensive organizational system, one dresser, desk and office chair and queen size bed.
Room door has own lock with key.
The room is in a three bedroom apartment which features:
Central Air and Radiant Heat
Ceiling Fans in Bedroom and throughout apartment
All Utilities Plus Internet and TV in living room with streaming (Hulu, Netflix and HBO Now)
Shared Bathroom with Shower
Modern Kitchen with Dishwasher
Spacious Living Room and Dining Room Area
Front Porch with comfy sitting areas including hammock
Wrought iron table and chairs in front yard
Full house water filter with 4 stage ionizer

This apartment is ideal for someone moving to the area, just starting out on their own, or traveling professional.
The lease options are:
-3 month minimum stay: $875 per month for a single person, with a $150 application and leasing fee as well as the deposit of $500.
-Weekly lease $240.00 per week, 1 month minimum stay, first 4 weeks paid up front, with a $150 application and leasing fee as well as the $400 deposit.
All leases and payments are made through Innago- there is a $2 fee per transaction.
There is no unfurnished option. The room is available for one person only.
