You will be renting one bedroom and one bathroom, however you will have complete access to the house minus the master and the garage. Utilities will be split depending on occupants in 1/2, or 1/3. I am quite and respectful and expect the same in return. Females preferred. There’s an upstairs loft with theater seating, so if you have a love seat and or couch you can make that your own entertainment center. I clean my house every, or every other week and I expect the same from you. I do own a cat, however am not looking to house any more. I am not set on a one year lease. We can negotiate and come to terms on something else more than likely.
