A five minute drive to Barre City School while also along the bus route and a short walk to any of Barre's Main Street shops & boutiques. Grocery and other amenities in the Berlin and Montpelier area just a short 10 minute drive. Laundry room also on site.
Tenant would be responsible for Electric, Internet (if desired) and rent includes heat, water/sewer, trash/recycling. Property does not have dedicated off-street parking. Street parking only governed/controlled by the City of Barre.
Rent is non-negotiable. First and Security due at signing. No exceptions. Good prior rental history, credit history, no evictions and sufficient income are required.
