Forrest Edge townhomes have beautiful hardwood floors throughout, an open-concept living and kitchen space with granite countertops in the kitchen and stainless steel appliances. There are two bedrooms on the main floor and two upstairs bedrooms. Each bedroom has a spacious closet and it's own en-suite bathroom with tile floors.
Forrest Edge bedrooms vary in size and in price, and are individually leased. The administrative fee is $75 per person. There is a security deposit that is typically the same amount as the rent.
The available bedroom, Bed A, rents for $590 per month.
The rental price includes standard wi-fi, on-site trash dumpster, and a monthly utility allowance of $60 for water and electricity per bedroom.
Parking at this complex is limited, and each unit only has three parking spots. Parking is available with this lease transfer! Parking is an additional $40 per month, and is allocated on a first come, first serve basis. There is no guest parking available. Sorry! This is not a pet friendly property.
