***Please note that we only hold apartments for up to two weeks and not past the current month. If you are not looking to move this month we will not be able to hold it even with a deposit. If it is available the following month then we can move forward with a tour, deposit and move in within that month. In addition, the move in can be no later than the 29th day of the current month for a 30-day month and no later than the 30th day for a 31-day month.***

Renter's insurance is required and can be purchased through an affiliate insurance company for $13.00/mo or you may use a separate insurance company, but we will require the declaration page of the policy by/before the move in.
Application processing can take up to 1-5 business days, please keep that in mind if you have a strict timeframe to move.
