Since the biggest unit is 500 sqft we like to think that our tenants like to decoration during the holidays or have very large items to store away that is why we offer to lease our storage unit starting at $65 a month
All essential Appliances are new since 2021. A dishwasher is provided for an extra set hand with the dishes. This also includes counter and cabinets. The unit also comes with AC so that you can cool off on a hot summer day.
Your assigned parking is gated in and doesn’t stick out for those that want to feel secure. To keep things more in-house there is an onsite laundry mat in the complex that takes phone payment, you no longer need to bring quarters and dollars. Just pay and let your phone remind you that laundry is done.
The property comes with a pool and a hot tube that is attached to a pool house where you can host your next pool party. We have a doggy station so you can walk your dog close to home.
