Riverwalk- SUBLEASE ONLY - This listing is intended for those who plan to sublease from a current Riverwalk Townhomes tenant OR are planning to move in with current groups on the reservation list ONLY. Prior to applying you MUST have discussed subleasing with a current tenant and that tenant MUST offer their lease to you. If this is not the case your application will be canceled.

Rental rate will be based on the current tenants lease rate.

Lease end date will be based on the current tenants lease end date.

There is a $100-$250 sublease fee that must be paid prior to signing a lease.

A $300 pet fee will still be required for each pet.

All roommates must agree to the lease change prior to signing a lease.
