Fully furnished with a queen bed, a desk, a chair, a bookshelf, and closet. It has huge windows for lots of light. Custom shades can be lowered for room blackout or added privacy. Your bathroom is close to the room. You will be the primary user and my wife may occasionally use it. My wife and I live on the top floor and will primarily use the bathroom on the top floor.
You may share the kitchen and we have shelf space available in both fridge and cabinets for your foods and kitchenware. Dining, washer and dryer are also shared. Utilities and ultra-fast WiFi are included in the rent.
We are near 45th street with walking distance to nearby cafes, boba/tea/coffee shops, restaurants, grocery store (Trader Joes, Target, QFC, H Mart), pharmacies, public transportation (including Link Light Rail - U District Station, bus lines to downtown Seattle) and easy on/off access to I-5.
