Apartment #B is the entire top level of the house. The unit has its own entrance/door at the top of the stairs off the common entry. The yard/porch in front is shared by all three units in the house.
APPROXIMATE ROOM DIMENSIONS:
Living room: 10'7" x 13'11"
Dining room: 9'8" x 10'
Bedroom #1 (left): 9'11" x 12'3"
Bedroom #2 (right): 10'3" x 8'7"
This unit is rented unfurnished. Any furniture/belongings in the photos and video belong to the tenants moving out. The major appliances (oven/stove, fridge) will stay in the kitchen. There's a wall A/C unit in the living room too. Any other A/C units belong to the tenants moving out.
Security deposits equal one-and-a-half times the monthly rent. We need at least half the deposit paid at lease signing, and can setup a payment plan for the remainder. CATS allowed with an extra $200 deposit per cat. NO DOGS allowed, unless it's a service or support animal.
