Description

Downstairs 3 bedroom and 2 bath unit is conveniently located next to Whittwood Town Center. It has laminate flooring and carpet in all bedrooms. The kitchen comes with matching Electric Stove, Fridge, and Microwave. The living room has AC Wall unit and ceiling fans. An extra closet in the hallway with two linen closets. The master bedroom has its own master bath. It has a 2 car garage. The pool is located near the laundry room. Water and Trash included, Pets are welcomed.

Renters Insurance required as part of the tenancy. 12-month lease required. Credit Screening is $45 per adult. $250 one time administration fee.

Please take this into consideration before applying as we do not hold units for more than 14 days from approval date.All adults over the age of 18 must complete an application and submit to the credit screening fee regardless if they do not contribute to the monthly rent payment. Incomplete applications will not be considered. They must submit proof of income which has to be the last two most recent paystubs or the last three most recent complete bank statements with no redactions. Every adult must also submit a picture of their Government issued identification. Applications submissions are on a first come, first serve basis.

Tenant(s) must have the ability to access the tenant portal, as the tenant portal is the only means of communication between the tenant(s) and management. The portal can be accessed through any mobile device, computer etc.
