Great unit for graduate students and professionals new to the area. Easy access by foot to swimming holes and walking trails by 6 mile creek reservoir. There's a small park in the neighborhood, too.
Option to have your own garden in the backyard area.
You are 1/2 of a duplex (owned separately), separated by a thick wall and exterior fences. Plenty of exterior parking for guests, and overflow parking possible in driveway and street. Utilities are tenants responsibility.
Available August, 2023 for 12 month leases.
Note: I recently moved away from the area, so I started using a service to manage the property, for 100% reliable availability and more expedient repairs if anything is needed. Unfortunately the service charges an application free for "background check", which I am happy to reimburse in first rent payment. I will also happily share if there are any outstanding applications, to avoid anyone paying an unnecessary fee, and I will sign the lease with the first applicant that passes the check and pays the deposit.
