The community is home to a great mix of neighbors from all walks of life who truly care about their neighborhood and work hard to maintain its historic charm. The townhome is one street away from an Arlington community center which has a gym inside, a head start program for children, a running track and soccer field on the outside, a large jungle-gym for children and an adult exercise area. The community center is also a voting location during elections, and during the summers, hosts a farmers market. Down the street is the Utah dog park which is well maintained and is a great place to meet your neighbors and to socialize your furry friend(s).

We are minutes from the Bradley shopping center and the charming town of Shirlington. The Pentagon, Pentagon City, King Street and Braddock Metro stations are easily accessible from bus stops throughout the neighborhood. Weekend get-aways are easy: quickly access 395 and drive to your destination or hop on a flight from Ronald Regional International Airport. You can also stay local and spend a fun-filled day in Old Town, Alexandria.
