Owners will keep water and electrical (Pepco) in their name, and tenants' usage will be charged back to them on a monthly basis by the property management company. Tenants will manage their own account with Washington Gas.
Tenant is responsible for landscaping maintenance (front and back yards) and for snow removal. Gated parking for one vehicle is included and features a private Level 2 EV charger.
One dog may be considered on a case-by-case basis with a one-time non-refundable pet fee of $300.
