This unit boasts a small patio, perfect for relaxing. The stainless steel appliances and white caesar stone counters in the kitchen create a modern feel, while the plank flooring throughout adds warmth and coziness.

Located at 4203 Louisiana St. Unit 17, San Diego CA 92104, this unit is part of a well-maintained 32-unit apartment building with a variety of unit options. The center courtyard offers a peaceful oasis with a pool and gas BBQ, while gated entry ensures security and privacy. The shared coin-operated laundry room is a convenient feature for all tenants.

Monthly rent for this unit is $1925with a $1500 security deposit. Please note that there is no assigned parking space and street parking is the only option. We do however have a detached one car garage available for additional $65 monthly rent.

A cat is allowed with an additional pet security deposit of $250. Unfortunately, no dogs are allowed.

Our apartment complex is a designated non-smoking property.

We are seeking prospective tenants who meet the following criteria: combined total gross income of 3X the monthly rent and a credit score of 650 or higher with no recent derogatory marks. A non-refundable processing fee of $40 per adult will be required with the online rental application to cover the costs of the credit check and processing. The unit will be rented to the first qualified applicant with the earliest lease start date.
