Jointly leased, there is a security deposit typically the same amount as the rent and a $75 administrative fee is due upon lease signing. The rental price includes water/sewer, an on-site dumpster for trash disposal, a monthly utility allowance of $35 for electricity per unit, and hardwire internet access through SkyBest. Parking is available for an additional $50 per month. No guest parking available. Sorry, these units are not pet friendly. Heat is electric baseboard, no AC.
