If you would like to see it, please stop by our office Monday through Friday between 9:00 am and 4:00 pm to sign out a key to go view it. We require a $20 cash key deposit that is returned to you when you return the key and we will make a copy of your driver's license. All keys must be returned the same day by 4:30 pm.
After seeing the property if you are still interested, there is an application process. We check credit, criminal background, verify income and also do a rental history verification. We look for a credit score of 600 or above but will take into consideration if the score is low due to medical bills or student loans. We also look for your income to be at least 2 times the rent in gross monthly income.
