Im searching for an awesome person to share the partially furnished basement of my house with one other roommate. The basement has above-ground windows and nice natural light. You will have a spacious private bedroom, shared bathroom, cozy living room, dining area, small kitchen, TV with access to streaming services such as Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, Peacock, and laundry all on the same floor. Bedrooms are not furnished. Rent is $725 per room, excluding utilities. A one-month security deposit is required.

Im looking for responsible, clean, quiet, and respectful roommates who are easy to get along with. No smoking or pets. We are looking for another female roommate. The house is in a very central location with easy access to downtown, the mountains, and most everything else! It is also conveniently located right across the street from SLCC. There is a bus stop .2 miles from the house and a TRAX station 3 miles west.

There is a large wrap-around back and front yard, gardening space, and a fire pit. I have a lovely, sweet, 2 year old dog who lives upstairs with me.
