Unique Apartment in Historic Building

This beautifully remodeled 2nd floor apartment in a registered historic building features 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Includes entire top floor. Exposed brick walls, updated Kitchen, gas fireplace, washer and dryer, 360 window views, and shared fenced backyard. Parking included in a detached enclosed 1 vehicle garage behind the building, additional parking on the side of the building. Tenant is responsible for the following utilities: Electric, Gas, and $50 internet.

Note: No elevator on premises. Single pane windows, so you will experience city noises such as cars and buses.

RENTAL CRITERIA

There is a $55 non-refundable application fee for each person over 18 years old. The fee covers screening expenses. IDENTIFICATION- all applicants must provide current photo identification at the time of application AND when signing the lease. EMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENTS- Employment will be verified. Employment history must demonstrate reliability and stability. INCOME REQUIREMENTS- The combined gross income of applicant/s must be at least three times the monthly rent rate. Renters Insurance required.

RENTAL HISTORY- Applicants must provide name, address, and dates of tenancy for previous landlords for two years. An application will not be approved if there is any previous eviction, defaults in lease agreements, untimely rental payments, or outstanding balances owed to another apartment or rental owner or property manager.

CREDIT HISTORY- Applicants credit must reflect that all accounts are current and that the applicant has a history of financial responsibility.

CRIMINAL HISTORY- An applicant will be rejected if he/she has been convicted of a felony or any type of crime that would be considered a threat to the rental property, other residents or neighbor.

SMOKING- NO smoking or vaping is not permitted in or on the property.

UTILITIES-tenants responsibility: electric, gas, $50 internet
