Hello! Thank you for your interest in our 1 Bedroom/1 Bath private entrance guest suite that we lovingly call ‘The Cottage’ in Granville Township. The Cottage sits on a quaint country setting and is available for rent for single occupancy. Showings by appointment in the evenings beginning April 8th. This stepless apartment is COMPLETELY furnished - sorry- this apartment is not suited for someone looking for an unfurnished unit as it is completely furnished and furniture will not be removed. *However, tenant will provide own bedding/linens and towels. **Utilities included in the monthly rent. See specifics regarding utilities below.
Among other things, the suite offers a kitchen living room combo, a large bathroom with stand up shower, full size bed on platform frame for extra storage space underneath, on site portable washer/dryer, a fold down sofa, a storage closet, a small kitchen table, all basic housewares, and a smart TV so tenant can watch free streaming apps or login to their own streaming services.
*Utilities: The suite does offer basic WiFi but if the tenant would need stronger WiFi/cable, that would be at their own expense. All utilities are included in rent.
** Please note- The property has one off street parking spot for one vehicle near private entrance and offers a small outdoor sitting area. Outdoor furniture provided seasonally.
Suite does not have a full size W/D but does offer a European style portable washer and a dryer to accommodate small loads. There is also a convenient dry cleaner location that the tenant can utilize just minutes down the street for large items such as a comforter that can’t be put in the portable washer.
The suite is located in Granville township off of St Rt 37 and is ideal for easy access to 161/16 and 70 and the location is also a two minute drive to downtown Granville.
Deposit is $1025.00 and rent is $1025.00 per month. Must have proof of income and employment and be subject to credit and background checks. No evictions history allowed. Completion of an application with references required. One year lease minimum. A six month lease will be considered but rent will increase to $1100.00 per month. No smoking inside apartment permitted. No pets permitted. No Metro/HUD accepted.
