We have a room for rent available now!
Rent is month-to-month with a $675 deposit. $675/mo. Utilities included! Internet is split 6 ways per month, an additional $10.
The house is located in West University Heights neighborhood.
The house is fully furnished- the bedroom is not. We have a full washer/dryer (included in rent). We are a pet-free household. Repeat NO PETS, no exceptions. We are only looking for 1 person to fill the room (no couples). The bathroom is shared with two other girls. You will have a spacious closet with a personal car parking spot in the driveway.
We are a house of 5 women-- you could be the 6th! It seems like a lot of girls to live with at first glance, but we are all very quiet, clean, and very respectful young professionals.
The house is very spacious and has 3 fridges, plenty of space for storage and lots of space in communal rooms. There are 6 bedrooms in the house, 2 large living rooms, a dining room, and a full kitchen. We are looking for another girl. Someone who is respectful and very clean. Everyone keeps to their particular niche of activities, but we enjoy an occasional movie/wine night altogether. Fun energies all around (-:
Although it is a month-to-month renting space, we hope to fill the room with someone looking for a long-term stay. I can shoot over some more photos of the room/interior of the house if requested. For now, I provided this picture from right before I moved in. I also installed a white ceiling fan that is staying in the room! The wall to the right is a massive closet that spans the entire length of the wall. I have lived here for about a year and kept the room in great condition. I painted it white before moving in and deep cleaned the carpets, and I frequently vacuum.
The move-in date or available date for the room is approximately April 16th-May 1st! Rent would be prorated for the month of April.
