Has 240v power for welding or other larger power tools. Would be a great space close to down town for hobbyist, artist, contractor, etc. There is a water stub, but no water faucet currently. No bathroom facilities. Available around May 1st. Electricity is paid by the owner so no utility payments by renter. NOT a living space, so please don't ask if you can live here. If using the shop for projects, normal work hours are best, 9 am to 8 pm time frame.
