We are walking distance to many things including .2 miles to NCK Technical College, .2 miles to the Jr./Sr. High and .8 miles to the Beloit Elementary school. We are next door to China House, across the street from Dairy Queen and Sonic and .2 miles from Dollar General so dinner is easy when you don't want to cook!
Yard and snow removal provided. Small apartment building, just 10 units, apartment neighbors only on your sides, no one above or below you!
Tenant would turn on electricity with the City of Beloit (averages around $110/month) and pay a $50/month fee for water/trash/sewer/gas. Units range in price from $515-$650
We have an online application and lease making the application process easy.
The earnest money/security deposit is equal to the monthly rental amount. Pet rent, typically $35.00/month and pet deposit/fee apply for approved pet(s).
Paying rent is also made convenient by having choices of ACH payments via checking account (eCheck), or credit/debit cards or direct allotment. We also accept checks, money orders and cash can be taken directly to our bank. Putting down the security deposit can be done on-line as well making it easy to secure a property if you are moving from afar.
